World's End. The first few episodes of "To Your Eternity" are a good one for this, also. "Shy" has some flashback episodes that are truly devastating, also.

There's multiple Interest Stacks for this if you want. Just searching with keywords like 'cry' or 'sad' will give you a lot of different recommendations.
I'm usually quick to cry for stories but the anime that made me cry the most (as I remember) is Maquia.
